Because of CoViD-19 and the "Safer at Home" directives, all Board meetings are being conducted via emails or Zoom.
Team meetings will resume when possible. If you are interested in joining one of our Teams, please email peaceparksheboygan@gmail.com and let us know. Teams meet as needed depending on the season and the need for action.
Current Teams:
100 Thousand Poets for Change will be celebrating 10 years of bringing poetry to people around the world. .
The group, led by newly named Poet Laureate of Sheboygan, Lisa Vihos, will hold three events this summer at Sheboygan Peace Park.
Members of League of Women Voters and Show Up for Racial Justice will be in the park to share information.
Attendees are asked to wear masks and to practice social distancing.
Bring your own chair or blanket. Umbrellas and shade canopies are welcome.
Sunday afternoon from 4:00 to 5:30, enjoy poetry, prose and music featuring local and visiting writers and musicians.
